CSU-AAUP collects dues through payroll deduction and pays the following on behalf of each member:

National AAUP Dues (calendar year):  $204 for full-time members; $51 for part-time members

CBC Dues:  $22 FT; $10 PT
State Conference:  $7 FT; $7 PT

The balance remains with CSU-AAUP and is used primarily for the purpose of performing its duties as the exclusive representative of the faculty, e.g., for collective bargaining, contract administration, and grievance processing.

CSU-AAUP employs the services of six full-time and two part-time staff members on the four campuses. The AAUP staff is responsible for the day-to-day operations of the chapters and CSU-AAUP and for implementing the decisions of the CSU-AAUP Council.
